Digital assets are delivered as PNG, JPEG, SVG, and where relevant, HTML or animated GIF/MP4. Print files are delivered as print-ready PDFs with bleed and crop marks. Source files (Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop) are included on request.

For simple asset requests — single social graphic, banner resizes — turnaround is typically 1–2 business days. Larger packs or presentations take 3–5 days. Rush turnaround is available for time-sensitive campaigns.

Yes. We commonly work as an embedded design resource for marketing teams — joining Slack, picking up briefs from a shared board, and returning assets on agreed turnaround times. A retainer arrangement is usually best for this setup.
