Three senior developers and two designers who’ve worked together long enough to skip the hand-holding phase entirely. We’ve delivered rental platforms, headless storefronts, custom mobile apps, and full brand identities, sometimes all for the same client.

Alex handles WordPress architecture, API integrations, and backend systems. Cristi covers headless frontends, mobile apps, and cross-platform builds. Mark takes ownership of infrastructure, performance, and anything that falls between the cracks of a complex spec. Florin owns the design process from first wireframe to final Figma handover. Jun brings the motion work and the visual concepts that make the finished product feel like something you’d actually want to use.
Five people, no outsourcing, no project management layer between you and the person writing the code or drawing the screen. You talk to the person doing the work. That’s been our approach since the start and it hasn’t changed.

Quality over speed
We’d rather push a deadline by a day than ship something that breaks in production at 2am. Every deliverable gets reviewed twice, once for functionality and once for maintainability. Code quality isn’t a premium tier. It’s the only tier we offer.
Radical transparency
You’ll always know exactly where the project stands. No vague updates, no radio silence, no invoice surprises. If something turns out to be more complex than scoped, we tell you immediately with options, not excuses.
Long-term maintainability
We write for the developer who inherits the codebase two years from now, even if that’s you. Clean structure, logical naming, inline documentation where it matters. Nothing that requires a treasure map to navigate.
Outcomes over output
Feature checklists and lines of code are not what we optimise for. Core Web Vitals, conversion rates, developer experience, and business results are the numbers we care about when we close a project.
